Before bringing in the rule for pay n park, please asphalt the road with good quality bitumen. It is absolutely absurd to fill the potholes with sand/mud. Please do not waste money by going in for eye-wash method. Let there is sincerity this year and see that all the potholes are filled in properly and make a calender for concretising all the roads of Mangalore, as this is a place where the rains are very heavy and through out the day there is traffic. I think the DC should take it up on a war footing basis and bring relief to all the resident of Mangalore.
