Registars offfice is one of the most corrupt office and you canregister your property whatever the rate you want.It s all depend on how much bribe you are willing to pay.Few years back udupi sub registrar made fuss to register my property as i refused to pay Rs 10000 bribe.when I threatened to bring my local MP he immediately did my job without any fuss.Even today they keep demanding money andour rich brothers continue to pay bribe.
