Mumbai: BSKB association holds annual get-together

Mumbai, Jun 28: BSKB association Gokula celebrated their annual get together at Sion Gokula on Saturday, June 25. The get-together was inaugurated in the evening after the traditional lighting of the lamp.

BSKBA president Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel presided. Chief guest CA Sudheer R L Shetty, guests of honour Daksha Muraleedhar and Kannada and Sanskrit scholar Padekallu Vishnu Bhat, association vice presidents Vaman Holla and Umesh Rao and Treasurer Haridas Bhat were on the dais. 

Sudheer Shetty expressed his goodwill and assured that he will join hands in the renovation project of Gokula. Daksha Muraleedhar appreciated the year long cultural and religious programme and women's wing activities. Vishnu Bhat called on preserving and nurturing Brahmin culture. 

Daksha Muraleedhar and Vijayalaxmi Suresh Rao inaugurated the exhibition and sales shop. P C N Rao welcomed. Sahana Pothi, Chandravathi Rao, Gururaja Bhat and Vani Bhat read the profiles of the felicitated. 

Joint secretary Chandrashekar Bhat introduced the guests and compered the programme. Gururaj Bhat proposed vote of thanks.
