Mangalore, Feb 8: Employing illegal means like recovery goons by some of bankers has been increasingly observed.  The victims of such unethical practices, can contact Dakshina Kannada Borrowers’ Welfare Services and Financial Consultants (DKBWSFC), said M M Kini, retired bank executive and also the legal consultant for DKBWSFC.

He was briefing media persons on the same issue at the press conference here on Friday February 8.  

The victims of such unethical practices by some banks will have to furnish photocopies of all documents related to communication with since day one. DKBWSFC would decide only when it is convinced that the seeker has a genuine need for intervention. DKBWSFC acts as a mediation centre, since it is a registered organization which can be relied upon by the justice seekers, he added.

DKBWSFC has no full-pledged office in the city while there are plans to set up the same at the earliest.  Contact the members of the DKBWSFC on mobile numbers: 99455 56368, 94484 81395, 99450 61395, in cases of need, he added.
