Karkala, Aug 4: Jnaneshwar Pai Maroor, assistant professor, Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management, NMAMIT, Nitte has been awarded the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management.
The award was conferred upon him by PRIST University for his doctoral thesis entitled 'Managing Employee Attrition and Building effective Retention Strategies - A study with reference to Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka, India'.
The thesis was submitted under the guidance of Prof Dr B Vamana Baliga, associate professor and head, Department of Commerce and Management, Shri Mahaveera College, Moodbidri.
