Mangaluru: Three arrested for smoking ganja in public place

Mangaluru, Nov 26: Police personnel of anti-rowdy squad, sub-division, Mangaluru central and Urwa police station have arrested three youths for allegedly smoking ganja in front of a school at Kodical.

The arrested are identified as Prashant (27), a resident of Kudroli, Dileep Kumar (21), a resident of Kodical and Ranjith alias Tammu (24), a resident of Sunkadakatte. A two-wheeler is confiscated from the accused.

Udaya Nayak, assistant commissioner of police, sub-division, central, Ravish Nayak, inspector, anti-rowdy squad, central and personnel of Urwa police station took part in the operation.
