Mangalore: Srinivas S Kamath Elected President of KCCI

Mangalore, Oct 1: Srinivas S Kamath has been elected as the new president of Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI). A new executive committee came into being at the general body meeting of the chamber of commerce, held in the KCCI auditorium on Tuesday September 30, for the year 2008-09.

Other elected office-bearers are as follows: Vice-president: G G Mohandas Prabhu, Treasurer: M Ahmed Bawa, Honorary Secretaries: B Chandrakant Rao and Lata R Kini, Directors: K Surendra Prabhu, M Aziz Ahmed, Vishwanat Kadri, A G Pai, T Gopinath Pai, Nigam B Wasani, Jeevan Saldanha, Ram Mohan Pai Muroor, Arjun L A Pinto Prabhu, Nitte Yatigraj Shetty, M Ganesh Bhat and Mohammed Amin, a release from KCCI stated.
