Bengaluru, Sep 7: Infamous killer Cyanide Mohan has appealed to the high court to quash his life sentence awarded by the subordinate court in the murder case of a lady from Puttur in Dakshina Kannada district.
As Cyanide Mohan, the appealer, in this case, has to argue the case himself, the divisional bench of the high court has directed the concerned to present Mohan, who is at present in the Hindalga prison in Belagavi, under body warrant on September 17 and postponed the inquiry.
