Mangaluru: JCI holds 'Prince & Princess' modelling contest

Mangaluru, Sep 11: JCI Mangalore as part of Jaycee Week 2018 organised JC Prince & Princess, children modelling contest in association with Lions Club Mangaluru at the Town Hall here on September 9.

Snithik N won the ‘Jc Prince 2018’ and Dhanvi K won the ‘Jc Princess 2018’ title. Prarthan Kotian won the first runner-up and Taksheel Devadiga won the second runner-up in the ‘Jc Prince 2018’ contest, while Sahana won the first runner-up and Shanvi S Kotian won the second runner-up in the ‘Jc Princess 2018’ contest. Altogether, 82 kids between 3 to 5 years of age had participated in the contest.

Sharath of Hangyo ice creams and Ln Jc Vijay Vishnu Mayya, president of Lions Club Mangaluru, gave away the prizes to the winners. Jc Anil Rao, past executive vice-president of JCI India, Jc Shailaja Rao, president of JCI Mangalore, Jc Shweta Jain, Secretary of JCI Mangalore, Jc Heerachand, Director of JC week 2018, Jc Lawrence Limson, Jc Akshatha Kamath convenors of JC Week 2018 and other members were present.

Before this event Jc PPP Rakesh Kunjoor, JCI zone president of Zone XV inaugurated Jaycee Week 2018 by lighting the lamp.
