Dubai, Sep 19: Zanubia Shams, co-chairperson at Zulekha Healthcare Group ranked 58 in the 2018 Forbes list of the 100 most influential women in the Middle East. The latest list of The Middle East’s most influential women honours high achievers and it features 100 female executives and businesswomen and 10 women heading government departments in the region.
“This listing by Forbes Middle East comes after long days and nights of hard work and commitment towards improving and saving people’s lives. I am proud to be positioned alongside many influential women coming to the forefront of the economic scene worldwide. Dr Zulekha Daud, founder and chairperson of Zulekha Healthcare Group received the award on behalf of her daughter Zanubia, along with grandson Aamir Shams at the gala hosted by Forbes Middle East in the city.
Forbes Middle East considered the following factors to formulate the ranking of the most influential businesswomen: revenues of the companies that they lead; the title, scope and impact of the role that they perform; the amount of experience that they possess, and the growth of their firm, and other initiatives that they have led in the last three years.
