Moodbidri, Nov 2: Opportunity is being given to the interested students, to study various courses relating to mental health, offered by the Manasa Mental Health Education Foundation, at the Kuvempu University's Distance Education Centre located in the Alvas College here.
Graduates in any subject will be offered one year post graduation diploma courses like Mental Health in Forensic Psychology, Chemical Dependency Counselling, Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy, Mental Retardation and Sexuality and Sexual Counselling.
Post graduation courses like MSc in Sexuality and Sexual Counselling, MSc Psycho-social Rehabilitation, MS Counselling and Psychotherapy, MA Psychiatric Socialwork and Psychology in Child Mental Health are also being offered.
