Bantwal Jan 3: Miscreants set fire to CPI(M) office at BC Road bypass here on Thursday January 3. It is said that miscreants showed their agitation over two women entering into Sabarimala temple.

The incident came to light this morning when CPI(M) workers entered the office. Documents, important application, and files pertaining to student scholarships were completely charred in this incident. Firefighters arrived at the spot.



Bantwal ASP Saidhul Adhavath, Bantwal circle inspector T D Nagraj, Bantwal town SI Chandrashekar visited the spot and held investigation.
