Kundapur, Jan 5: Former Karnataka Vidhan Parishat speaker V R Sudarshan met Karnataka Vidhan Parishat speaker K Pratapchandra Shetty here on January 5 and congratulated him.

Sudarshan had come to Kundapur for a programme. Vandse grama panchayat president Udayakumar Shetty, and TMPCMS president Hariprasad Shetty were present.

Sudarshan visited the office of Kundapur Kalakshetra and commended the programmes they are organizing.

Sudarshan was welcomed and honoured by head of Kalakshetra, B Kishore Kumar. An invitation to Inidani programme from the Kshetra was handed over to Sudarshan.

V R Sudarshan visited the SLRM unit and curiously watched and appreciated the process of converting solid and liquid waste into resources. He opined that the project should be implemented in all the panchayats in the state.

Vandse grama panchayat president Udayakumar Shetty gave details of SLRM unit. Grama panchayat member Gundu Poojary and SLRM workers were present.
