Mangaluru: Blood donation camp held as part of annual day of Ulaibettu govt school

Mangaluru, Jan 7: A blood donation camp was organised as part of annual day of Ulaibettu government school in association with SDMC Ulaibettu, Old Students' association, Blood Helpline Karnataka and Red Cross Society Mangaluru here on January 5.

As many as 57 units of blood were collected during the camp.

On the occasion of annual day, cultural programmes were held at the school.



SDMC Ulaibettu president Abdulla Kunhi, SMA Club president Sharif, Edward from Red Cross, Moly Gracy Vas, head mistress of Ulaibettu government school, Old Students association president Yusuf, Ulaibettu gram panchayat members Abdul Rehman, Kamalaksha Tallimar, Blood Helpline founder Nisar Ullal were present.
