Train services to be hit in Central and Western Railway lines

Mumbai, Jun 9:  Due to the infrastructure up-gradation and maintenance work going on in the Central and Western Railway lines the suburban train services will be hit on Sunday.  

As per TOI report, on Western Railway, block will be on the 5th line between Santacruz and Goregaon stations from 10.35 am to 3.35 pm and on Harbour line, block will be between CSMT-Chunabhatti and Bandra from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm. Special services, however, will be running between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block.

 

Spokesperson of Central Railway said, "On main line, block will be taken between Kalyan and Ambernath from 10am to 4pm for replacement of girder by slab of bridge between Ulhasnagar and Ambernath. During the block period, suburban services will remain suspended between Kalyan and Badlapur and special services will run between Badlapur and Karjat".
