Beltangady, Sep 25: On the occasion of Nativity, ICYM Madanthyar unit celebrated it with one of the poor families along with shramadhan programme on Tuesday September 10 at Alice Monis residence in Infant Jesus ward of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Odori Madanthyar.
ICYM members visited the house and cleaned the surroundings. All had blessed new grains with milk and had a festive lunch prepared by the youth along with Alice Monis.
ICYM Madanthyar unit director, Fr Basil Vas and assistant director, Fr Stany Pinto visited the place, worked with the youth and become a role model to everyone. All the ICYM youth participated actively and happily in the work.
Sacred Heart Church Catholic Sabha president, Philip Dcunna was also present in the activity. About 25 youths were part of this programme.
