Udupi, Nov 11: Pejawar Swamiji, who had taken an active role in connection with Ram Janma Bhoomi and construction of temple dedicated to Lord Ram at Ayodhya, left for Delhi in a hurry after he was asked to come there in connection with the Ayodhya verdict of the Supreme Court.
In connection with the Supreme Court verdict on the issue, a harmony meeting is planned at Delhi on Monday November 11 with the participation of Hindu and Muslim leaders. Over 20 leaders of different religions and religious denominations would be taking part in the meeting. Pejawar Swamiji, who left in a special flight, is scheduled to take part in the said meeting.
The Swamiji travelled to Delhi on Sunday morning. During his visit, the Swamiji will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and his ardent disciple and, Lal Krishna Advani who had played a decisive role in Ayodhya movement.
