Mangaluru, Jan 18: As the news of SDPI hatching plot to murder MP Tejasvi Soorya and Chakravati Soolibele got published, MLA U T Khader also said that earlier miscreants also put a sketch to murder him.

"No one supports anti-social forces. Law is same to all. Police department alerted me that there is plot that is hatched for my assassination. So, even when I denied police security, the department is giving me police protection," said U T Khader to scribes on Friday, January 17.

Khader further said, "But why such attacks take place. Today a situation is created in the society where people do not believe in one another. A case was registered against me also. But for any case evidence and witnesses are required. Let the police department instil faith in the general public by providing evidence for the murder plots.

"The BJP government should decide about banning SDPI and PFI. When BJP was in opposition, they were pressurizing the ruling coalition government to ban these organizations. Now they only are ruling. So let them decide and arrest the culprits," said MLA Khader.
