Mumbai, Feb 1: A special POCSO court has sentenced an 86 years old man to three years in prison on charges of sexual harassment of a minor girl in 2018.
The girl who was 15 years old was approached by the accused in a park asking several questions about her saying that he wants to be her friend. The girl informed about it to her mother. However when she went to the park again with her family that evening, the accused approached and touched her indecently though he later apologized.
The people passing by who saw it, assembled there while the accused was trying to run away and handed over to the police.
