Bantwal, Feb 5: A complaint about a minor boy having been subjected to sexual atrocity by a man in the premises of a school near Vittal stands filed with delay in Vittal police station. The case has been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The victim, who is aged 14, resides in a village near Vittal. On Saturday, when he was coming out of the school, a man accosted him and induced him to accompany him. He then utilized the boy's services to get pleasure through unnatural sex, it is said.

The boy, after returning from school, was suffering from fever. He was treated for fever but he dithered from returning to school on Monday. The family members who felt something was amiss, questioned him in detail after which the boy narrated his ordeal.

On the basis of complaint made by the boy's parents, a case has been registered and the police are searching for the accused.
