Mangaluru, Feb 5: Hotel Prestige celebrated the 15th anniversary of its Diesel Cafe by donating Rs 52,300 to Inchara Foundation, a city-based NGO which provides shelter to children in distress, especially those who are victims of sexual abuse.
Damodar Shetty, director of Hotel Prestige along with his management team, handed over a cheque for the amount to Preetham Rodrigues, director of the Inchara Foundation.
The donation amount is a portion of the daily sales at Diesel Cafe from January 20 to 24.
This contribution to child welfare is part of an ongoing corporate social responsibility initiative of Hotel Prestige to reach out to young citizens belonging to the marginalized section of society.
