Bantwal, Feb 5: A victim of accident who was seriously injured died on Wednesday, February 5, without responding to treatment here.

Vasanth Naika(34), resident of Karadiguri, Bairikatte, Alike village was seriously injured when his two wheeler approaching from Adyanadka was hit at Kuddupadavu junction by a government bus on its way from Vittal to Peruvayi.

He was admitted to Mangaluru hospital. He succumbed to his injuries without responding to treatment. A police case is registered at Vittal police station.
