Mangaluru, Feb 8: Public sector Corporation Bank having its head office here, has earned net profit of Rs 421 crore during the third quarter of the current financial year ended December 31,2019. During this period last year, the bank had registered net profit of Rs 61 crore.
During the three quarters of this financial year, the bank has amassed total net profit of Rs 654 crore as against Rs 248 crore for the same period last year. The operating profit of the bank reached Rs 2,035 crore by registering growth of 164 percent. Operating profit of the bank during this nine-moth period has touched Rs 3,907 crore.
The bank has achieved considerable growth in all sectors. At the end of December 31, 2019, the deposits of the bank reached Rs 3,17,262 crore and advances, Rs 1,98,383 crore.
