Mangaluru, Feb 13: A woman corporator who got elected on a BJP ticket had complained of harassment on WhatsApp.

She had said that a youth was consistently using Whatsapp to harass her.

Based on the complaint, the accused identified as Bharath Shetty (32) from Mudipu, was arrested by the Suratkal police.
