Mangalore: Synd Bank Kinnigoli Holds Customers’ Meet

Mangalore, Nov 26: A customers’ meet was organized by Syndicate Bank, Kinnigoli here as part of weeklong campaign, know your customer.

Sujir Prabhakar, deputy general manager of Syndicate bank, Mangalore region presided. Somappa Suvarna, former MLA of the constituency was the chief guest.

Somappa Suvarna expressing satisfaction over the functioning of the bank, called on the staff to give more dedicated service in the current competitive atmosphere.



In his presidential speech, Sujir Prabhakar congratulating the manager and staff of the bank for dedicated service in the banking field also promised the customers to look into their grievances and solve them with the co-operation from the regional office.

H V Shenoy, branch manager of Syndicate Bank of Kinnigoli welcomed the guest and gathering. He explained the progress of the branch.

Various vehicle loans and other scheme of loans were explained to the customers. Customer grievences were heard mostly with regard to core banking and cheque clearing system. Mark D'Souza, proprietor of Loyola Industries, Kinnigoli, and Raghuram Rao, Pigmy collector of the bank were honoured on the occasion.
 
Vinayak Prabhu proposed the vote of thanks and Seena Moodbidri compered the programe.
