Udupi: Youngster Association Basrur helps poor, needy during lockdown

Udupi, Apr 6: A group of self-motivated young students, Youngster Association Basrur, from Basrur village in Kundapur have been actively involved towards helping the poor and needy of different communities.

The association has been doing many social activities since the last few years and now they are engaged in distributing food kits to the needy as a part of their coronavirus (COVID-19) relief initiative.

Police sub-inspector Raj Kumar of Kandlur town has been supporting and accompanying the food kit distribution done by the association.

The police officers are provided with drinking water and refreshments for their service and ensuring the safety of the association members.
