Karkala: 66-year-old Leo Arahna dies after accidental fall

Karkala, Apr 11: Leo Arahna (66) died after accidently colliding with a sack with hardened concrete near his house. He was resident of Kemmannu hitlu, Nitte village Karkala.

He was staying with his sister Celestine Arahna. As per report filed with Karkala rural police station by the deceased's sister on April 9, he had been to collect cashew nuts nearby. After returning, he went to clean himself when their pet dog collided came in the way and he lost balance and hit his head to a sack with hardened concrete placed nearby. He was injured and died on the spot.

The police have registered the case under investigation is underway.
