Udupi, Dec 16: Chief executive officer of the zilla panchayat here, Prasanna Kumar, has been transferred as the chief executive officer of Hassan zilla panchayat.

Deputy secretary of the zilla panchayat, Pranesh Rao, has taken over charge from Prasanna Kumar as the in-charge chief executive officer.
