Daijiworld Media Network – Bangalore (SP)

Bangalore, Dec 16: Chief Justice of the state High Court, P D Dinakaran, has not been taking part in the High Court proceedings since Monday December 7. As a result, several important cases that were pending to be heard by him and hoping to get some relief, continue to be kept pending. This situation has created problems for both the lawyers and their clients.

At the same time, the High Court website had shown in its daily cause list, the name of the Chief Justice on several days during this period, but he did not take part in the proceedings.
