Mangalore: Ukraine National Hangs Himself in Ship Anchored at Panambur

Mangalore, Dec 19: Gorbachev (54), a Ukranian national was founding hanging in a ship that was anchored at Panambur here.

Gorbachev, who was working s the chief engineer of the ship, had joined as a crew member of this ship only a month ago. It is said that he was mentally disturbed. The ship had come to Panambur on Friday. Gorbachev was found hanging at a passage next to the room housing engine. He used nylon rope to hang himself.  

His wife, Natalia lives in Ukraine. Panambur police have registered a case.
