Bangalore: Archbishop Moras Greets, Blesses Prison Inmates

Bangalore, Dec 19: Archbishop Bernard Moras together with members of the Catholic Prison Ministry of India visited Bangalore Central Jail and shared a Christmas message with them. 



"Be hopeful and know that the God forgives you and blesses you when you seek his forgiveness". He shared cakes and savories with them after participating in a short entertainment programme and then prayed over them.

Those present were Bipin Gopalkrishna IPS (IG-Prisons), VS Raja DIG, M C Vishvanathaiah chief superintendent, Central Prison. Fr Josekutty Kalayil, national co-ordinator of prison ministry and SJ Amalan, regional director, AHI.
