Byndoor, May 4: In an incident which happened at Mavada in Taggarse village on the evening of Saturday, May 2, a motorbike rider was killed after a truck hit his two-wheeler.
The deceased was Sanalu P T. He was moving in his motorbike towards Ganganadu when a lorry which approached him from the opposite direction collided with his vehicle.
The bike rider who was thrown on the road due to the impact of the collision suffered serious injuries. He was being taken to Byndoor government hospital for treatment when his end came.
A complaint in this connection was registered in the Byndoor police station.
