Moodbidri: Kadandale Masjid committee distributes grocery kits to needy

Media Release

Moodbidri, May 14: A good way to help poor people is to give them a hand or a hug. Give them moral support, show love, respect and make them aware that someone really cares about them.

The managing committee of Masjid Noor Al-Imaan, Kadandale, here, on May 13 distributed food to support the needy and poor families living in the surrounding areas of the Kadandale village as part of the COVID-19 lockdown relief work food distribution.

Around 160 families were identified and kits were distributed. During the lockdown poor families are in a pitiable condition. Realizing their condition, the committee members decided to contribute to a social cause by distributing grocery kits to all, regardless of caste, creed and religion.

The event was inaugurated by Imam Rizaullah. President Hasanabba, secretary Abdul Samad, committee members Alam Usman, Jamal Kudroli, Mohammed Shabeer, Ashraf and many other members as well as locals participated in the event to make it a resounding success.
