Karkala, May 18: It is reported that on Friday, head constable (HC) of Anti Naxal Force (ANF) camp at Ramasamudra here threatened to arrange explosives in front of the camp and set off blast there.
Reportedly, Anand Patil head constable of ANF was sitting across the gate of ANF camp with a dog named Anji. He was seen waving a pistol at the security staff and threatening them. Later ANF inspector Sunil pacified him and succeeded in taking the pistol away.
In a few minutes, Patil grew angry again and started to threaten the security personnel of taking out explosives from his handbag and blasting the camp, ANF inspector Sunil, thereafter lodged a formal complaint in the town police station here about the incident.
