This is an excellent idea. Please introduce this to all those who could drive more than a rally driver but don't know the RTO rules that has to be implemented for the safety of others & themselves. Instead of fining such drivers, confiscate their driving license & request them to go for a compulsory & friendly Road Rules training session for a day. Don’t issue new driving license without giving them reverse & ramp tests like in the Gulf countries.

Whats there to train drivers to reduce accidents!!!!!!! All you need is some common sense, some accountability and concern for human life!! KSRTC on the other hand should ensure that the drivers arent overworked beyond their working hours and train them to drive the vehicles properly

Good initiative by a public department. However, what about Private buses ? More rash driving is from these members who don't care if a Govt. bus is damaged or got pushed into a gorge. The public must be first educated that a Govt. bus is purchased out of our taxed money hence is our property too. Only then will any training/counseling will be successful.
