Bantwal, Jul 27: Benjanapadavu Kadamba Mane resident G Shankar Shetty has complained to Bantwal MLA and Bantwal rural police station alleging that the construction of the minority department's hostel building is violating the mandate of the Public Works Department.
Bantwal PWD’s assistant executive engineer had inspected the spot and submitted a report to Mangaluru executive engineer that the hillock is about to cave in.
When the executive engineer asked the minority department, they had informed that the work is suspended though the work is continuing. Therefore, Shankar has requested the MLA and the police department in his complaint to conduct investigations.
