Udupi: Abharan Jewellers donate three ventilators

Udupi, Aug 18: MLA K Raghupathi Bhat has requested people to donate ventilators to prevent their scarcity as the number of coronavirus infected people is rising.

In these circumstances, three ventilators have been donated by Abharan Jewellers to the district administration through the deputy commissioner in the presence of the MLA on August 18.

MLA Raghupathi Bhat has congratulated Abharan Jewellers proprietor Subhas M Kamath and Mahesh M Kamath for having donated three ventilators worth Rs 18 lac out of social concern.

Over 11 ventilators have been received so far from donors for treatment of coronavirus patients in Udupi. 

Abharan Jewellers CEO Akarsh Kamath, accounts manager Vinod Kamath and senior officer Dinesh Shettigar were present.
