Udupi, Sep 1: Robert Menezes, president of Catholic Sabha Karkala deanery was honoured on August 29 with Pratiba Puraskar by Charukeerthi Bhattaraka Swamiji of Moodbidri Jain Math.
Robert Menezes has been currently working as a teacher at St Lawrence High School Moodubelle. He is also the assigned president of Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh (R).
During the recent lockdown and pandemic, under the guidance of Robert Menezes, the Catholic Sabha Karkala deanery had conducted many social works like providing medicines for the needy, food kit distribution etc. As an honour for these works during the 21st anniversary of the coronation of Charukeerthi Bhataraka Swamiji the honour was done.
