Chitradurga, Sep 6: A tahsildar assaulted a truck driver as his car collided with the truck. This incident has occurred in the limits of the traffic police station of the town.
Molakalmuru tahsildar Mallikarjun is the person who assaulted the truck driver who was involved in the accident with Mallikarjun's car. The video of the assault has gone viral on social media.
Tahsildar Mallikarjun was himself driving his car. A truck collided with his car. Mallikarjun who got irate due to the collision took the truck driver to the task and slapped him on his face.
Locals came to the rescue of the truck driver and questioned the behaviour of the tahsildar. Later traffic police arrived on the spot and pacified both the parties
