Puttur, Sep 6: Sridhar Kodijalu (46), resident of Jidekallu in Puttur, who was working as deputy tahsildar in Bantwal taluk office, died of heart attack in a private hospital in Mangaluru on the morning of Sunday, September 6.
Sridhar was residing near Jidekallu since some time. He was working in the revenue department since 20 years. He had served in various taluks of the district. For some time Sridhar had carried out duties in the office of the deputy commissioner also.
Sridhar was revenue inspector in Uppinangady. Then got promoted as deputy tahsildar of Puttur and later transferred to Bantwal.
Sridhar was working as a corona warrior till few days ago. Then he got admitted to Puttur hospital after falling sick. He was shifted to Mangaluru hospital for advanced treatment. However, he died on Sunday. He is survived by wife and two sons.
