Beltangady: SKDRDP Extends Financial Aid to Special Schools Across State

Beltangady, Apr 19: The Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) has provided financial assistance of Rs 19.25 lac to 16 special schools across the state in three years, with the view of developing the basic amenities under Navachethana programme.

SKDRDP has approved Rs three lac to two special schools in 2010, under the Navachethana Programme.

It has sanctioned Rs two lac for the construction of classrooms at S K Ganapayya Rotary Special School. It has 95 pupils at Koudalli, Sakleshpur taluk of Hassan district and Rs one lac to Manju Special School in Betageri taluk of Gadag district.
