Mangalore: Ln J K Rao MJF Elected Lions District Governor

Mangalore, Apr 20: The seventh annual convention of Lions Clubs International District 324 D-5 was held on April 17 and 18, 2010 at St Aloysius High School Auditorium in the city.



J K Rao, P Kishore Rao, M B Sadashiv

At the convention, Ln J K Rao MJF from Lions Club Milagres, was elected as the Lions district governor.  Ln P Kishore Rao MJF from Lions Club Mangalore was elected as the first vice district governor, and Ln M B Sadashiv MJF from Lions Club Sullia was elected as the second vice district governor for the year 2010-11.



Ronald I Gomes, Philip J Pereira


Ln J K Rao announced his core cabinet and nine region chairpersons. Ln Philip J Pereira from Lions Club Milagres was nominated as the district cabinet secretary, and Ln Ronald I. Gomes from Lions Club of Mangaladevi as District Cabinet Treasurer.

    it was one of mesemerising welocme and installion of lion mjf lion governor kishore under his tenure there was installation done of the state district office bearers, by our international director a.p sing. it was one of the most memorable programme of life time.

I am now the elected President of Houston Down Town Lions Club- the 94 year old Founders Club. I would be more than delighted to meet with you and your team on my next visit to Mangalore and share with you some of my thougts for the future welfare of Lions of "Mungalooru". I am truly keen in sponsoring a Lions Club for the College Students of St. Aloysius at Beeri under the leadership of Fr.Denzil Lobo, SJ. Lets keep our link of communication alive.
