Mangaluru: Fog at airport disrupts flight operations

Mangaluru, Oct 30: As thick fog enveloped the city including the airport area here, some flights were disrupted on Thursday October 29.

An IndiGo flight which arrived from Hyderabad could not land because of fog. It was diverted to Kannur airport. It arrived again at the airport here after the fog cleared.

A Spicejet flight from Bengaluru also was delayed due to fog. Similar disruptions had happened at the airport on Wednesday also because of early morning fog.
