Mangaluru: Lorry cleaner falls out of roro train, dies

Mangaluru, Nov 18: A Mumbai-based lorry cleaner lost his life after falling down from the roro train. This incident happened near the Innanje railway station on Sunday, November 15. The cleaner passed away on Monday.

Imran was working for a truck that was bringing a load of paper from Mumbai to Mangaluru. His lorry was being transported by the roro train. On the evening of Sunday, he accidentally slipped and fell down.

Lorry driver Azharuddin Syed looked for the cleaner after the train reached Suratkal. He then informed the railway station master. From there, railway stations were contacted. It was found that Imran had fallen near Innanje railway station. He was admitted into the district hospital here. But he breathed his last without responding to treatments.
