Udupi: Pejawar Swamiji meets Tamil Nadu governor Banwarilal Purohit

Udupi, Dec 8: Pejawar Swamiji Shree Vishwaprasanna Theertha who is the trustee of Ayodhya Srirama Mandira Trust is on a visit to Tamil Nadu. The seer also visited the Tamil Nadu governor Banwarilal Purohit on Monday, December 7.

The governor who welcomed him expressed his happiness that the seer is shouldering the responsibility at a young age. He said that the sanctity of the Raj Bhavan is increased by the arrival of the seer.

The two later held discussions about Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The seer handed over to the governor a letter of the expectations of participation and support of all the Tamilians in the construction of Ram Mandir. He also invited the governor to Udupi.



The governor draped a shawl and presented a memento of Sri Krishna to him. Vishwa Hindu Parishad state president Srinivasan, private secretary Vishnumoorthi Acharya, Krishna Bhat and Vasudev Bhat Perampalli were present.
