Udupi, Dec 8: Two young boys playing near the city bus stand are reported missing from there since December 3.

Nagaraja (37), a resident of Guthigadde, Chikkapete, Shivamogga in his police complaint to the women’s police station registered under serial No 34/2020 IPC section 363 stated that his son Santhosh (11) had gone with the younger sister of his wife Mangala to Udupi on December 3 as the boy had a holiday for the school. He was playing with Vishnu, son of Mangala near the Udupi bus stand.

However, Mangala noticed that the children were missing when she looked for them at about 9 'o'clock. As the children were nowhere to be seen, Mangala telephoned Nagaraja on December 5 about their disappearance. Nagaraja too came and looked for the children but did not find them. There are suspicions that they were coaxed or kidnapped by unidentified miscreants.
