Mangaluru: Christian Minority Women’s Multipurpose Cooperative Society convenes AGM

Mangaluru, Dec 10: Christian Minority Women’s Multipurpose Cooperative Society convened its annual general meeting at Bishop’s House auditorium, here, on Thursday December 3 invoking God’s blessings with an opening prayer by the directors.

The Board of Directors, Julia Crasta, Sylvia D'Souza, Benedicta Dsouza, Lidwin Lobo, Godwin Rebello, Aprosine Veigas, Nancy Pais and Josephine D'Souza led by the president Hilda Alva were invited to the dais.

The president welcomed all the directors and shareholders. The annual report, annual accounts and budget were presented by the CEO and approved by the members of the society.

The CEO of the society, Wilma Anitha D'Souza informed that chartered accountant, Vivian Pinto has been appointed as the auditor for the year 2020-21.

Vice-president, Julia Crasta proposed the vote of thanks. AGM concluded with the National Anthem.
