Bengaluru: CM releases Robotic Knee Replacement Surgery system of Sakra World Hospital

Bengaluru, Dec 12: Karnataka chief minister, B S Yediyurappa released the Robotic Knee Replacement Surgery system of Sakra World Hospital in the city on Saturday.

Sakra World Hospital chief executive officer, O Lavakesh, Senior Orthopaedic Consultant Dr Chandrashekar, Jean Cho of Kyuvis Joint Institute and others were present on the occasion.

Sakra World Hospital is a super multi-specialty 350-bed hospital and comprises of highly skilled and dedicated surgeons with extensive training in their specialties. It offers the latest robotic joint replacement surgery, which offers greater success and speedy recovery as the robots perform the surgeries based on the different anatomy of individual patients.

A delegation of Savitha community leaders called on the chief minister at his official residence Krishna, under the leadership of the Kanchur Savitha Peeth pontiff Shridharananda Swamiji of Kalburgi district in the morning.
