Blue Flag certified Padubidri beach to open for tourists on Dec 17

Udupi, Dec 15: The district administration has implemented the Blue Flag certification project with the cooperation of the ministry of environment, forest and climate change and society for integrated coastal management.

The Padubidri beach had recently received Blue Flag international recognition. The beach will be open to national and international tourists from December 17.

Padubidri end point beach has been developed as a well-equipped beach with international recognition so that tourists may relish their trips and activities along the seashore, said deputy commissioner G Jagadeesha who is also the president of district tourism development committee.
