Mangalore, Jul 20: Dr Dinesh Rao, working as professor in the department of Paediatric Dentistry, Pacific Dental College and Hospital, Udaipur, Rajasthan has won second prize for his scientific poster, in the seventh biennial conference of Paediatric Dentistry held at Manila, Philippines, recently.
In the conference hosted by Philippine Paediatric Dental Society, Dr Rao’s poster titled “Occlusal anomalies and orthodontic treatment need among Down and non downsyndrome mentally subnormal children in Mangalore, India” won the prize.
Dr Rao is an alumnus of Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, A B Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences and Sri Mahaveera College, Moodbidri.
